Hi, I’m Anne, LMHC
(Licensed Mental Health Counselor | Kirkland, WA & Telehealth)
I partner with therapists, dietitians, and medical providers to help them navigate nuanced, challenging cases. Whether you need help unweaving an eating disorder in a late-diagnosed autistic or ADHD client, integrating parts work, or moving past clinical impasses, I’m here to provide a collaborative, non-judgmental space to reflect and grow.
I also bring my lived experience as an immigrant to this work. Navigating multiple cultural frameworks deeply informs my clinical lens—giving me a felt understanding of code-switching, systemic non-belonging, cultural expectations around body image and food, and the nuance of holding multi-layered identities.
As an ADHD Certified Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP), Certified Body Trust® Provider, IFS-trained therapist, and EMDR-trained clinician, my clinical lens lives at the intersection of body liberation, neurodivergent affirmation, and deep trauma healing.
Consultation Specialties
-
Beyond Standard Protocol: Adapting traditional ED treatment (ARFID, Anorexia, Bulimia, Binge Eating) for ADHDers and Autistic clients without forcing neurotypical behaviors or sensory overload.
Body Trust® Integration: Applying anti-diet, weight-inclusive, and Body Trust® frameworks to help neurodivergent clients rebuild internal safety and interoceptive awareness.
-
Clinical Nuance: Differential diagnosis vs. trauma responses, sensory processing, emotional dysregulation, and RSD (Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria).
Provider Support: Helping you design neurodivergent-friendly interventions, structure sessions effectively, and prevent clinician burnout when working with high-masking clients.
-
Parts Work & Somatic Processing: Applying Internal Family Systems (IFS) concepts to "protector" parts like restrictive eating, self-harm, or chronic people-pleasing.
Trauma-Informed Pacing: Using EMDR and somatic strategies safely with neurodivergent nervous systems that process sensory input and memory differently.
-
Conceptualizing cases through an intersectional lens—examining how acculturation, immigration, systemic oppression, and cultural family dynamics interact with trauma, body image, and neurodiversity.
Please Note on Scope: I provide clinical case consultation and professional peer support. I do NOT offer formal clinical supervision towards associate licensure hours (e.g., LMHCA hours in Washington State).
