Ready to come home to yourself?

Anne Falabregues (She/her), LMHCA

You might remember a time when self-doubt, fear, and hopelessness didn’t feel so constant but those days can feel like a distant memory. It’s okay to wish things were different. You deserve tools that actually help you feel more like yourself again.

You’re in the right place.

I’m Anne (she/her), and I work with individuals 16 and up who want to feel more at peace in their mind and body and sometimes that includes their relationship with food, too. You already have the strength within you; my role is to support you in accessing it. Together, we’ll work on reconnecting with your emotions and your body in a way that feels empowering and sustainable. I’ll guide you with tools for self-compassion, emotional regulation, and nervous system care, always tailored to you.

Many approaches to food and body image still carry the weight of diet culture and fatphobia, leaving people feeling judged or misunderstood. I believe your body, mind, and story are valid and your care should reflect that. Don’t like journaling? That’s okay. Want structured tools or homework? We can do that too. Your therapy experience should work for you.

Why Lavender Counseling?

I chose the name Lavender Counseling because it holds deep personal meaning for me. All my family comes from the South of France, where lavender grows wild across the hills, its calming scent in the air, its soft color stretching across the fields. For me, lavender is more than a flower. It’s a reminder of my roots, of quiet strength, and of the healing power of nature and rest.

I’ve always been drawn to the way lavender represents calm, care, and grounding qualities I strive to bring into every session. Just like the plant itself, therapy can offer a gentle but powerful shift: something steady, soothing, and deeply supportive.

Naming my practice Lavender Counseling was a way of honoring where I come from, and creating a space where you, too, can reconnect with what grounds you and feel safe enough to grow.

I’m dedicated to helping people find food freedom and body trust

If you're feeling overwhelmed by your relationship with food, your body, or the pressure to always keep it together, you're not alone and you don’t have to navigate it alone either.

I’m a therapist who helps teens and adults build a more peaceful, trusting relationship with themselves—especially around food, body image, and the emotional weight of perfectionism, people-pleasing, and self-doubt. I have specialized training in disordered eating and emotional regulation, but I also bring something else: lived experience.

I know what it’s like to live with high-functioning anxiety, to appear calm and capable on the outside while feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, or stuck on the inside. I know how easy it is to tie your worth to how much you achieve, how good you are for others, or how well you "hold it all together."

I’ve also been through the pain of binge eating and the loneliness of feeling like no one truly gets it. I’ve felt the heavy mix of shame, sadness, and confusion that can come with trying to heal in a world that’s saturated with diet culture and impossible standards.

When we work together, you won’t just get a trained therapist: you’ll get someone who truly understands what you’re going through. Someone who will meet you with compassion, not judgment. And someone who believes you’re already worthy, exactly as you are.

Compassionate therapy for healing your relationship with food, body and self!
